Overview
If you would like to experience beautiful Japanese scenery, this is the best tour for you. This tour includes a walking tour of “Mezurashi-Toge” and lunch at one of the largest commercial resorts in Japan, “VISON”.
Itinerary
- Meeting point : Matsusaka Station (You can reach the station by Kintetsu line.) about 11:00 A.M.
- Meeting time is depends on the train timetable. Please tell me which hotel you stay, and I will check the timetable and let you know. About 110 minutes from Kyoto station to Nabari station and about 90 minutes from Osaka Uehonmachi station to Matsusaka station by Kintetsu Limited Express.
- Lunch at VISON
- VISON has about 70 stores. Visit the seafood, Matsuzaka beef, miso, soy sauce, mirin, and dashi (Japanese soup stock) stores and enjoy your favorite dishes.
- Nature Walking at “Mezurashi-Toge”
- Enjoy approximately 1.5 hours of walking. This course includes “Mezurashi-Toge”, a spot mentioned in Japanese mythology. The spot is the place where Amaterasu, the Japanese top deity met Amenokoyame, the deity of ritual prayer. Amaterasy said to him “Mezurashiya”, meaning rare (it is rare to meet you here).
- Roadside Station “Iitaka”
- Please enjoy shopping at the station. Tea, sweets, sake, vegetables, pottery, etc. are available.
- Back to Matsusaka Station around 4 P.M.
